  A good mentor is someone relatable, effective at communicating with a number of different personality types and open to the experience.

  What is required as a Mentor for She Geared?

  As much time as you feel you can give with a minimum amount of two hours per month. Mentors do not always have to meet with their student's one on one. They can communicate and work together over email, video conferencing, telephone or IM.
